Returns Policy
At Poṣaṇa every product is created with care, integrity, and deep respect for your well-being.
We hope you love your Poṣaṇa purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase then we cannot offer you a refund.
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and un-opened.
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
- Proof of purchase is required with your order number.
Due to the nature of ingestible health products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrect product
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been assessed.
We may request photos to help assess the issue.
Once your item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In these cases:
- Poṣaṇa will cover return shipping costs, or
- Provide a prepaid return label, or
- Offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation
How to request a return?

To complete your return, you will need to include:
- Proof of purchase
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
If you are shipping an item oh high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
