While it’s important to keep your copper clean, some prefer to do so gently in order to preserve this natural finish. With simple care and light polishing techniques, copper can be maintained while allowing its natural patina to remain part of its story.

- Homemade copper cleaner - (fresh lemon juice, white vinegar, mild dish soap, table salt, baking powder)

Cleaning Methods That Preserve Patina
Gentle Cleaning Solution: Make a mild cleaning solution for lightly soiled copper that won't strip the patina from the copper surface. A simple solution of mild dish soap and water can be enough. Dip a soft cloth or sponge into the soapy water, wring it out, and wipe the surface of your copper in circular motions. Afterward, wipe away any soapy residue and buff the copper with a clean, dry cloth to prevent water marks.
Simple Green Cleaner: You can make a simple green cleaner for cleaning your copper. A cup of vinegar, a tablespoon of salt, and lemon juice can be an easy way to make a paste to apply to the surface of your copper, which will clean tough stains from tarnished copper. If you have a heavy tarnish, you can also use a layer of ketchup on the surface of the copper to remove it, although leaving it too long may strip the patina,

We hope you love your Poṣaṇa purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase then we cannot offer you a refund.
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and un-opened.
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
- Proof of purchase is required with your order number.
Due to the nature of ingestible health products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is:

- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrect product
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been assessed.
We may request photos to help assess the issue.
Once your item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Provide a prepaid return label, or

If you are shipping an item oh high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
